Dalima.co.ke is the trademark of DALIMA GROUP LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP, a limited liability partnership registered in the Republic of Kenya. DALIMA GROUP LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP shall be referred as Dalima.co.ke in this User Agreement.
2. Information collected
When an account is created with us, the information provided (including your name, email address, and password) that we use to give you a personalized and relevant experience on Dalima.co.ke
To create an account on Dalima.co.ke, you must provide us with at least your name, email address, and a password. You can choose to provide further information about yourself during the registration process. We use this additional information to provide you with more customized services and updates, more relevant redemption offers and ads. You understand that, by creating an account, Dalima.co.ke and others will be able to identify you by your Dalima.co.ke profile, and you allow Dalima.co.ke to use this information in accordance with this Privacy and our User Agreement.
Using the Dalima.co.ke Site
We collect information when you use the Dalima.co.ke website. For example, we collect information when you view or click on ads, or participate to reviews. We collect information when you use your Dalima.co.ke account to sign in to other sites or services, and when you view web pages that include Dalima.co.ke plugins.
Dalima.co.ke does not require its Website users or visitors to provide Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) to view the Content on the Website or to browse the different sections of the Website. PII is information that identifies an individual including full name, postal or physical address, photograph, e-mail address and/or telephone number.

Notwithstanding anything else in this policy, we may work with partners who use mobile SDKs, including the OneSignal Messaging SDK, to passively collect information (collectively, “SDK Information”), which generally helps us deliver personalized notifications. This data may also be used to identify you in a unique manner across other devices or browsers for the purposes of customizing ads or content. Depending on the permissions granted to this application, this information may include personally identifiable information (PII) including your e-mail address. You can opt out of having your mobile advertising identifiers used for certain types of interest-based (also called “cross-app”) mobile behavioral advertising, by accessing the “settings” on your Apple or Android mobile device, as follows: By opening the Google Settings app on your device, selecting Ads, and then selecting the option to opt-out of interest-based ads. Using Third-Party Services and Visiting Third-Party Sites
Log files, IP Addresses, and Information About Your Computer and Mobile Device
When you visit or leave Dalima.co.ke by clicking a hyperlink or view a plugin on a third-party site, we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came or the one to which you are directed. Also, advertisers receive the URL of the page that you are on when you click an ad on Dalima.co.ke We also receive the internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer or the proxy server that you use to access the web, your computer operating system, your type of web browser, your mobile device (including your mobile device identifier provided by your mobile device operating system), your mobile operating system (if you are accessing Dalima.co.ke using a mobile device), and the name of your ISP or your mobile carrier. We are constantly innovating to improve our Services. As such, we may create new ways to collect information on the Service.
3. Use of Personal Information
Consent to Dalima.co.ke Processing Information About You
The personal information you provide to us may reveal or allow others to identify aspects of your life that are not expressly stated on your profile. By providing personal information to us when you create or update your account, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of Dalima.co.ke User Agreement and freely accepting and agreeing to our processing of your personal information in ways set out by this Privacy. Supplying information to us is entirely voluntary on your part.
We communicate with you through email, notices posted on the Dalima.co.ke website, and other means available through the Service, including mobile text messages and push notifications. These messages may contain promotional information directly or on behalf of our partners, including best deals, promotions, and information from retail stores and merchants. Please be aware that you cannot opt out of receiving service messages from Dalima.co.ke. With certain communications you send on Dalima.co.ke, the recipient can see your name, email address, and some network information.
User Communication and Sharing with affiliates
Many communications that you initiate through Dalima.co.ke (for example, an invitation sent to a non-Member) will list your name and primary email address in the header of the message. Messages you initiate may also provide the recipient with aggregate information about your network (for example, how many people are in your network). Other communications that you initiate through the Services, like a request for an introduction, will list your name as the initiator but will not include your personal email address contact information. Once you have connected with an individual, regardless of who sent the invitation, your contact information will be shared with that individual.
We use the information you provide on your profile to customize your experience on Dalima.co.ke.
Compliance with Legal Process and Other Disclosures
It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information, profile information, or information about your activities as a Dalima.co.ke Member when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if Dalima.co.ke has a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (i) investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (ii) enforce the User Agreement, investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations, or protect the security or integrity of our Service; or (iii) exercise or protect the rights, property, or safety of Dalima.co.ke, our Members, personnel, or others.

4. Your Choices & Obligations
Rights to Access, Correct, or Delete Your Information, and Closing Your Account
You have a right to (i) access, modify, correct, or delete your personal information controlled by Dalima.co.ke regarding your profile, (ii) change or remove your content, and (iii) close your account. You can also contact us for any account information which is not on your profile or readily accessible to you. If you close your account, your information will generally be removed from the Service within 24 hours. We generally delete closed account information and will de-identify any logs or other backup information within 30 days of account closure, except as noted below.
Please note that information you have shared with others that others have copied may also remain visible after you have closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed. For example, we may keep certain information even after you close your account if it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce this agreement.
